Do we want to be part of "coding factory" or do we want to create something of value.

I know what I want todo, I want to create something unique that that also give something of value back to the users, something that is uniq and gives value, and also looks very nice.

So what do I mean when I say "factory" I see that some want to be part of a huge company that creates alot of websites that pumps out the same wordpress or other cms projects dayily but when you go home after a days work, do you feel like you have made a change to the world, or don't you care about doing that. ?
